Standard Ground U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 6-10 business days.
There is a Flat Rate $6.95 charge Perfumes and Beauty Poducts for orders. Other shipping rates to other products lines, see item descriptions.
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Contact us to calculate your actual cost. Orders typically take 14-21 business days. We do ship to many countries however not all countries, contact us using our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. Please use our contact us form. In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email us with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
We charge a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
All returns must be shipped back to BeautyShoppingMall.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by BeautyShoppingMall.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
